Why you keep drinking

when you said you wouldn't.

And how to start breaking

the cycle.

FREE live workshop

Wednesday 21st October

7pm | Live on Zoom

By the end of the workshop, you’ll understand:

Why “Not tonight” ends with you having a drink anyway.

Why the first drink isn't where the cycle starts.

Why you keep going back to drinking, even when you're trying really hard to change.

I’m Rebecca, a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. I specialise in helping women change their relationship with alcohol.

My approach starts with understanding why you drink the way you do, so you can stop blaming yourself and start feeling more in control again.
